《符文工房4》最早于2012年登陆3DS平台，后来2020年2月以特别版的形式重新登陆Switch平台。这一次登陆PC、PS和Xbox的版本自带游戏发售后的DLC，可以说是最终完全版了。目前游戏已经上架Steam，游戏支持繁体中文。
